The practice of the four great preliminary guides are the special preliminary practices of Mahamudra, and are very powerful methods to fulfill our aim of accomplishing the Buddhist path to Enlightenment.
These retreats are suitable for study program students and those wishing to deepen their experience of formal practice.

Retreat Dates & Times

Please note that session 3 and 4 on Monday evening will not go ahead if the evening drop-in class is scheduled.

Guru Yoga Mandala Offering

The practice of offering mandalas is one of the best ways to accumulate this merit and has been used by Buddhists for generations.

When offering a mandala we imagine we hold a pure universe in our hands which we offer to all the Buddhas while making a compassionate prayer that all beings enjoy such pure lands.
