Retreat Dates & Times
Guru Yoga Mandala Offering
The practice of offering mandalas is one of the best ways to accumulate this merit and has been used by Buddhists for generations.
When offering a mandala we imagine we hold a pure universe in our hands which we offer to all the Buddhas while making a compassionate prayer that all beings enjoy such pure lands.

Refuge Retreat
The foundation of the Buddhist way of life is to go for refuge – to Buddha, to guide us along the spiritual path to enlightenment; to Dharma (Buddha’s teachings) to protect us from fear and suffering; and to Sangha (those practising Buddha’s teachings) to inspire us, show a good example and to help us along the path to inner peace.
Sun 29 – Tue 31 October 7.30am – 8.30pm
Retreat Sessions
Each session lasts for an hour and thirty minutes and consists of chanted prayers sung in English and a period of silence for contemplation and meditation. You can attend any or all of the sessions. If you haven’t been to the Centre before, it is suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes early so someone can show you around.
Everyone is welcome to enjoy this special opportunity.
