Make Monday your favourite day of the week with these free 30 minute meditation sessions guided by Buddhist nun Kelsang Tara. TEACHER
The teacher of this class is Buddhist nun Kelsang Tara.

Kelsang Tara is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth.

Tara has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years, and ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2015. Tara’s inspiring teachings reflect her sincere wish to help those in need and to share her experience of Buddha’s life-changing instructions with others.

When

The class is held on Mondays 12.15-12.45pm.

No class on public holidays or school holidays.

Where

The class is located in the Whale Room, Hackett Hall, WA Museum Boola Bardip.

1. Enter the building via the doors opposite the main entry (where the Learning Studios are located – see map).

2. Either: walk through the doors on the left to take the stairs or walk down the corridor to the right and take the lift to Level M.

3. Arrive in Hackett Hall. We’ll be underneath the Blue Whale skeleton.
