In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.

No meditation experience is necessary, classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.

The class is located at the CWA Hall, 48 Stanley Pl, Busselton.

Course Description

We are alive therefore we will die. Discover profound yet practical teachings for living a happy and meaningful life, preparing for death and helping others who are dying.

Principally these classes are drawing on Venerable Geshe-la’s book, Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully.  As always, the following outlines are just guidelines to assist you. Please prepare practical presentations of your teachings that come from your heart and own experience.
