MARCH EVENTS

Workshop 10.15am - 1.45pm

With Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tara

Our mind is our greatest healer. One of the most renowned ancient meditations taught by Buddha, known as ‘taking and giving’, has been relied upon for centuries to pacify mental pain, sorrow and loss, and to aid in physical healing.

In this workshop, learn to transform the simple act of breathing into a powerful healing practice that causes mental peace and happiness, improves concentration, and gives us the compassion and stability of mind to help others overcome their own suffering.

$50, includes refreshments. Booking is essential. Reduced rates available for members.

Drop-in classes 6.30 - 7.30pm

With Buddhist teacher Danielle Parkinson

Our mind is like a cloudy sky, in essence clear and pure, but overcast by the clouds of mental busyness and unpeaceful thoughts. Cast aside this inner clutter and learn to tap into your innate potential for mental clarity instead.

Tuesday 10th, 17th and 24th March

Pre-book for all three classes for $30 or drop in any week for $12.
