Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth is dedicated to helping everyone to develop a peaceful mind.  When our mind is peaceful we will be happy ourselves and be able to share that happiness with others.  Our classes, courses and retreats give practical, easy to understand methods to help in every aspect of our busy modern lives.

Evening Meditation & Buddhism

These weekly classes include teachings to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find lasting happiness. As there are limited spaces at these classes please try to arrive at class in good time to be guaranteed a seat each week. Everyone is welcome to drop-in and booking is not required.
