Classes at the East Fremantle Centre

Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth · 158 Canning Highway

Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth is dedicated to helping everyone to develop a peaceful mind.  When our mind is peaceful we will be happy ourselves and be able to share that happiness with others. Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of background or level of experience.

Learn simple techniques for calming the mind, implement effective strategies for solving everyday problems and leading a happy, peaceful life, and discover the complete path of inner transformation that Buddha taught.

In this series, get inspired to develop a joyful daily meditation practice.
