Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth is dedicated to helping everyone to develop a peaceful mind.  When our mind is peaceful we will be happy ourselves and be able to share that happiness with others. Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of background or level of experience.

Learn simple techniques for calming the mind, implement effective strategies for solving everyday problems and leading a happy, peaceful life, and discover the complete path of inner transformation that Buddha taught.

Enjoy a cosy winter’s night out at Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth on Monday 18 August. 

The evening will begin with a short teaching and meditation on the Art of Letting Go with our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tara followed by a relaxed, informal dinner of delicious home-cooked vegetarian and vegan curries.

 

Evening Schedule:

Meditation: 7.00pm (45min)

Meal: 7.45-8.45pm
