This workshop will explore simple meditation techniques to create a restful space in our own mind where we can relax and recharge effectively. In a busy, often overwhelming world filled with an ever-increasing variety of distractions, developing this skill is more important than ever.
Suggested age range: 11-16 years


Seating is in comfortable chairs or on the floor. You can just listen, or ask questions if you wish.
During the teens class, parents and guardians are very welcome to stay at the Centre to relax with a cuppa in the lounge. You are welcome to ask our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tara any questions you have about meditation or Buddhism should you wish to.


The Teachers
Paul and Lynn are experienced and dedicated Kadampa practitioners and teachers. They are both very approachable and friendly, and have a wealth of practical meditation experience to share.
