Each session includes guided meditations and practical activities based on the topic.
Seating is in comfortable chairs or on the floor. You can just listen, or ask questions if you wish.
A NOTE FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:
During the teens class, parents and guardians are very welcome to stay at the Centre to relax with a cuppa in the lounge. You are welcome to ask our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tara any questions you have about meditation or Buddhism should you wish to.


The Teachers
The co-teachers of this class are Paul Johnston and Lynn Juckes.
Paul and Lynn are experienced and dedicated Kadampa practitioners and teachers. They are both very approachable and friendly, and have a wealth of practical meditation experience to share.
