About this special event

A heart full of inspiring energy and deep inner strength are essential on the journey from novice meditator to fully enlightened being. We can cultivate these powerful qualities of mind through the practice of Heart Jewel – a meditation and prayer practice that lies at the very heart of the New Kadampa Tradition of Mahayana Buddhism.

During this special weekend event, Gen Kelsang Tara will explain how to engage in this practice, through which we enrich our mind with positivity, dispel obstacles to our practice and receive unwavering encouragement to develop our mind to its fullest potential. We will also explore Venerable Geshe-la’s advice ‘What should our main practice be?’ – precious advice for following in the footsteps of Buddha in daily life.
