Wisdom not Willpower: How to Break Bad Habits

A Meditation Half Day Course
Sat 11 Feb · 9.30am – 1.15pm · $45
We all do, say and think things we wish we didn’t – whether it’s too much scrolling, eating or spending, getting irritable and snappy with our friends and family, or a tendency to overthink or procrastinate.

Bad habits may be well-worn grooves in our mind, but through increasing our wisdom understanding their underlying causes, we can break free from them and gain mastery over our mind.

The Teacher

Kelsang Tara is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth.

Tara has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years, and ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2015. Tara’s inspiring teachings reflect her sincere wish to help those in need and to share her experience of Buddha’s life-changing instructions with others.
