Anxiety is increasingly common in today’s uncertain world. It can be hard to pacify our mental busyness and inner discomfort and enjoy a calm, balanced mind, free from worry and fear, even for a short time.
In this workshop, gain the courage to look inward and identify and remove the causes of anxiety and mental pain. Through steadily practising meditation and spiritual teachings we move closer to fearlessness, knowing that we can enjoy a happy and fulfilling life no matter what comes our way.

About the Teacher
Paul is an experienced and dedicated Kadampa practitioner and teacher. His sincere practice and experience of applying Buddha’s teachings in daily life are an inspiration to all who know him. Paul’s teachings are very clear and logical, using examples and analogies that make his teachings easy for students to put into practice.
