MAY EVENTS

Workshop 10.15am - 1.45pm

With Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tara

We all have painful experiences from the past that can influence how we respond to life today. Often, we hold onto feelings of anger, hurt, or blame, whether towards ourselves, others, or situations. Through meditation, we can uncover the true source of these emotions and gently release them, creating space for a sense of relief and joy.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Let go of the past
  • Move in the direction of harmonious relationships
  • Nurture a compassionate and freeing attitude towards yourself and others

$50, includes refreshments. Booking is essential. Reduced rates available for members.
