SEPTEMBER EVENTS

Workshop 10.15am - 1.15pm

With Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tara

Anxiety is increasingly common in today’s uncertain world. It can be hard to pacify our mental busyness and inner discomfort and enjoy a calm, balanced mind, free from worry and fear, even for a short time.

In this workshop, gain the courage to look inward and identify and remove the causes of anxiety and mental pain. Through steadily practising meditation and spiritual teachings we move closer to fearlessness, knowing that we can enjoy a happy and fulfilling life no matter what comes our way. In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Navigate anxious feelings constructively
  • Address the inner causes of anxiety
  • Develop a calm, balanced mind
