About this special workshop and Q&A event

Ever wondered what Buddhist monks and nuns think of the state of the world, and what advice they have for keeping a peaceful mind in the face of the chaos, conflict and uncertainty we’re seeing today?

Spend a morning with our Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Tara as she answers your questions about how to cope with this crazy world. All topics and questions are welcome, with the answers woven into the content of the workshop.

Example questions. How can we stay hopeful and optimistic when the world seems to be falling to pieces? How can we dispel existential anxiety when as a society we have created so many dangerous things? How can we take meaningful steps towards a more peaceful world in our day-to-day lives?

Questions can be submitted to info@meditateinperth.org
