About this meditation workshop

There’s a lot to think about on an average day in our life! Whilst it’s essential for solving problems and making decisions, sometimes our thinking becomes circular, negative, stuck or unclear. We have a tendency to overthink things, and find it hard to ‘switch off’ which can be exhausting and unproductive.

In this workshop, learn methods and meditations to navigate your way out of unhelpful thought processes and to remain balanced, calm and clear-minded amidst our busy modern world with all its stress and stimulation.
