Week-day Classes

Worry is a mental response to things we have little or no control over. However, no amount of worry or stress can solve the actual problem; it only makes things worse. Learn to overcome worry and anxiety, and enjoy the quality of life that can only come from inner peace.

Weekend Events

From Tragedy to Triumph | ONLINE HALF-DAY COURSE

Sun  3 Jul · 9.30am – 1:15pm

Every living being has the same basic wish – to be happy and to avoid suffering. But how are we able to do this, when life can be so difficult at times? Can our problems, obstacles, fears and frustrations themselves be fuel for the growth and development of our happiness?

Buddha teaches that in order to change our world, we first have to change our minds. Contained within Buddha’s teachings is a special set of instructions called Lojong, or Training the Mind, which show us how to transform whatever circumstances we meet, whether good or bad, into opportunities for spiritual growth.

Available to view for one week.
