A Meditation Half Day Course
Sat 14 Oct · 9.30am – 1.15pm · $45
We all want to feel hopeful, but with the world facing so many challenges and with so many difficulties in our personal lives, how realistic is it to be hopeful?

This workshop will give a Buddhist perspective on optimism, showing how we can embrace the uncertainties of our times with a positive and empowered attitude. When we assess things with wisdom, we have so many reasons to be hopeful.
