Sunday's 7.00pm

These weekly classes include teachings to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find lasting happiness. These classes are available to watch for a week from the start time of the Monday evening class. Book any week.  Everyone is welcome.

Course Description

We all want to make changes in our life – to be less insecure, anxious or angry, or to be more confident, relaxed and happy. The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the psychology of transformation, will enable us to let go of our self-limiting views and give us the confidence and skill to make these life-enhancing changes.

Sunday 5 • 12 • 19 • 26 July

Course Description

We have in our mind many underlying assumptions that govern our life and behaviour – these are like the default mechanisms of our mind. They are understandings that we hold as truths and yet probably have little or no evidence to support their validity. We base our decisions on these assumptions and live our life with them as our basis of reference; they are like a set of rules about our self, others and the world. So we will examine and challenge some of these mistaken habits of mind, contemplate and meditate so that we can dislodge them and replace them with assumptions that will not mislead us, but will guide us steadily towards greater happiness and freedom.
