Fri 20 - Sun 22 Mar · Serpentine Retreat Centre

Be guided in meditations that enable you to answer some deep questions about life.

About the Retreat

Why do we need to practice Buddha’s teachings?

Why do we need to be concerned for our future lives?

Why do we need permanent liberation from suffering

On this special weekend retreat be guided in meditations that enable us to answer these questions, know how to make your self happy all the time and gain permanent freedom from suffering.

These meditations will be based on the book – The Mirror of Dharma – by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. The retreat starts with supper at 6pm on Friday and finishes with lunch on Sunday.
