Meditation is a way of calming the mind, reducing stress and developing a more positive approach to life. This course provides a perfect opportunity to learn the what, when, why and how of meditation, whilst equipping you with practical information to help you to set up a daily practice.

Through this you will discover the inner peace and happiness that naturally arise when the mind becomes still. This feeling of inner peace will help you to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
