Making Peace with Uncertainty

A Meditation Half Day Course
Sat 5 Feb · 9.30am – 1.00pm · $45
Being confronted with uncertainty can be an unsettling, often paralysing experience. It seems like we have no choice but to feel tense and troubled until our life regains some degree of stability and predictability.

Uncertainty is an ever-present characteristic of life, so it is essential that we learn to face it fearlessly. In this course, transform your experience of uncertainty with simple, practical ways of thinking that function as strong inner protection against unhappiness.
