Kindness is Contagious

A Meditation Half Day Workshop
Sat 11 November · 9.30am – 1.15pm · $45

In celebration of World Kindness Day. Why be kind? We may be cautious about being kind towards other people due to fear of being hurt or taken advantage of. This causes us to hold back from developing a genuine closeness and trust in other people. In a world where many people are feeling increasingly disconnected and lonely, there couldn’t be a greater gift to give than kindness.

In this workshop, we will contemplate and meditate on the many benefits of developing a warm heart and a feeling of being close to others. Discover one of the greatest secrets to a happy, fulfilling and meaningful life and the power of a good heart to heal the world.
