Inner Stillness

Silent Day Retreat
Sat 18 Feb · 9.00am – 3.30pm
We are so used to being stimulated from the outside that we find it difficult to be quiet and enjoy the deep peace and stillness of our own mind. By turning our attention from outside to inside and training in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

This one-day silent retreat will combine gentle guided meditations to calm the mind and time for relaxation in a quiet and beautiful environment.

The event concludes with an opportunity to ask questions accompanied by a delicious home-made chai.
