How to Handle Anything

Silent Day Retreat
Sat 3 Jun · 9.00am – 3.30pm
We try to look on the bright side of life, but this doesn’t stop the darker side casting a shadow over our life; whether that be financial pressure, relationship heartbreak, anxiety about the world situation or prolonged mental distress.

On this one-day silent retreat, we will learn what to do with our mind in the face of literally anything. By aligning our thoughts with Buddhist wisdom, our mind transforms into a reservoir of deep calm, wise optimism and inner strength.
Treat yourself to quality time to relax and reflect in a quiet and beautiful environment. The event concludes with an opportunity to ask questions accompanied by a delicious home-made chai.
