About this special event

Of all virtuous minds, compassion is supreme. When our mind is governed by pure compassion it is always at peace, and we have tremendous energy to engage in spiritual paths and bring benefit to the people in our lives.

In this special event, Gen Kelsang Tara will grant the blessing empowerment of Thousand-armed Avalokiteshvara, the embodiment of the compassion of all enlightened beings, and give teachings on the transcendent power of a compassionate heart.

What Is An Empowerment? An empowerment is a teaching and series of guided meditations through which we make a connection with Buddha. It bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our Buddha nature. Everyone is welcome to attend. You do not need to be a Buddhist to gain great benefit from this blessing empowerment.
