The Teacher

The teacher of this workshop is Buddhist nun Kelsang Nampur. Nampur has been a practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism for over 25 years. She is known for her light, clear and practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings, delivered with warmth and humour.
