A Meditation Half Day Course
Sat 05 Nov · 9.30am – 1.15pm · $45

Please note that this is the postponed Half Day Course from 17th of September

Can we know the answers to life’s deepest questions? In a world of so much confusion and unhappiness, Buddha’s teachings have a tremendous amount of wisdom and clarity to offer on the big topics of our existence. Join us for this unique workshop in which we’ll learn how to view life in the modern world through a spiritual lens, and gain a sense of peace, perspective and purpose as a result. Some of the questions we’ll explore include:

  • What is the meaning of life?
  • What happens when we die?
  • Who or what is the creator of the world?
  • Who am I?
