About this meditation workshop

Grateful people are happy people. We often become very focussed on what we don’t have, and we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we do have and the enormous amount of benefit we receive from others.

Through simple meditations using Buddhist wisdom, we can fully appreciate the acts of kindness that are all around us and take the time to deeply value our life and wish to use it to its full potential.
