How To Understand The Mind

A Special Weekend Course
Sat 7 & Sun 8 Sept · 10am–4.30pm · $80 per day or $150 both days
Be inspired to create a life of happiness, confidence and wisdom through understanding, controlling and transforming your mind.

This course offers a deep insight into the mechanics of the mind, and how through understanding its nature and functions we can improve our lives in powerful and profound ways. Discover how to develop and maintain a light, positive mind – how to recognise and abandon states of mind that harm us, and to replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.

By applying these understandings in our everyday experience we will be able to:

  • respond wisely and creatively to life’s difficulties
  • learn to hold extraordinary views and aspirations that bring great happiness
  • draw closer to being a source of strength and inspiration for those around us
