At this special public talk, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Rabten will explain scientific methods to increase our happiness through developing the capacity of our mind. Learn to identify the causes of happiness and suffering from within, and feel empowered to make wisdom and joy your daily experience. This engaging, practical talk will be a great introduction for those who are new to meditation and modern Buddhist teachings.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Rabten is the National Spiritual Director for Kadampa Buddhism in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Teaching internationally for over 25 years, he is well loved for the sincerity of his practice and the clarity and humour of his teachings.
